Are you an airline crew looking for a crash pad with privacy? We offer nightly and month-to-month stays. Our houses are cozy, clean and organized. Conveniently close to the airport, train station, shopping centers and markets. We offer you the perfect place including semi private rooms. All beds are divided by blackout curtains to provide maximum privacy.

rules & policies

House Rules & Policies.

· Must be a current airline crew (Flight attendant/Pilot) to book. Please include your current ID and employee badge. This must be done for the approval process. Please absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE the house. All guests are asked to be respectful and considerate. We would like the house to remain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

· Please do not move furniture and rearrange. The person booking should be the person actually staying.

Cleaning up after yourself

· Please be respectful and clean up after yourself

· You are responsible for your toiletries and your own personal cleaning items

· Do not leave your clothes, shoes, bags or other personal belongings in the living room

or shared spaces.

· If the trash is full, please take it out

· There is no on-site house manager, but we are available by text or phone call if necessary

· Absolutely NO FOOD/DRINK or open containers in the rooms.

Limit of stays

· Unlimited Stays for Full size beds

· Unlimited and 20 days maximum limit of stays for Twin size beds (different contracts)

· 18-20 days maximum limit for all bunk beds.

· Overstaying your maximum limit, will lead to immediate expulsion and the loss of the security deposit.

Respect

· It is expected that everyone should be respectful of others and not conduct unlawful or illegal acts.

· Any Violence, abuse, misuse or disrespect for the house or any other members will lead to IMMEDIATE EXPULSION

Kitchen/Bathrooms

· Fully Equipped. Please be respectful of refrigerator space. Only keep perishables in the refrigerator, other items to be kept in your cubbies

· Please Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

· Please do not dispose of paper towels or wipes in the toilets

Bedding & Linens

· Bed linens and towels are provided!! You are responsible for washing your linens

during your stay!!

· We do not provide your personal laundry detergent

· There will be an additional $25 charge for linens if they are excessive stains or damages that cannot be removed such as oils, wines, makeup, bodily fluids, etc.

Storage Space/washer dryer

· Storage cubbies and closet spaces provided for each guest.

· Washer/dryer are available. Please make sure to pay close attention to your usage time and be mindful that others may need to use the machines.

· Do Not leave your clothes in the dryers.

· Please make sure to clean out the lint traps after use.

Rent Payments & Deposit / 30-day notice.

· A $150 deposit is required for security and to hold the bed. It’s ONLY REFUNDABLE at the end of the contract with NO damages and at least 15 days notice to vacate.

· Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You have a 3-day grace period before you get charged late fees of $25 a day. If you are more than 5 days late with no communication, you will be given a notice to vacate, your items will be removed from the bedroom and stored.

· We do require a 30-day notice of vacancy from the tenant. We do understand transfers come on short notice, but if you have paid for the month, there will be no refund if you leave during the month paid.

· KEEP in MIND. It is a month-to-month rental, this house is meant as a home away from home and not your permanent residence.

General No-No’s & Liabilities

· Do not give your door code to anyone

· No Guest on the premises (parking & house)

· No mail should be sent to the crash pad address

· No TV time between 11pm and 6am

· Keep volume at a level to be respectful of others (before 11pm, after 6am)

· When using your phone in shared areas, DO NOT use speakerphone

· We assume NO responsibility for the personal security of house-guests, or the loss of personal belongings. You assume all the normal liabilities associated with a shared living arrangement

**Any violation of house rules may Forfeit your chance at renewal !!!
